Grant County Sheriff's Office

Deputy John Money executed a warrant for Erik Harper, 28, of Dry Ridge at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 16.

Deputy Andy Reeves executed a warrant for Christopher D. Prater, 37, of Williamstown at 12:25 p.m. Nov. 16. Prater was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Deputy Scott Conrad investigated an accident at 3:18 p.m. Nov. 16 on Taft Highway. The drivers involved were Dustin H. King, 16, of Dry Ridge driving a 2000 General Motors and Roy Truett, 67, of Miamisburg, Ohio driving a 1997 Dodge.

Deputy Kevin Burke executed a warrant for Ron A. Sizemore, 47, of Dry Ridge at 2:47 a.m. Nov. 17. Sizemore was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Deputy Kevin Burke executed a warrant for Candice D. Saylor, 29, of Williamtown at 1:11 a.m. Nov. 17. Saylor was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Sgt. Dennis Switzer investigated an accident at 2:47 p.m. Nov. 17 on Waller Drive. The drivers involved were Samantha J. Turner, 20, of Morningview driving a 1996 Toyota and Melinda S. Cooper, 50, of Crittenden driving a 1999 Toyota.

Deputy Scott Conrad investigated an accident at 3:19 p.m. Nov. 16 on Dixie Highway. The drivers involved were Leslie R. Courtney, 73, of Crittenden driving a 1995 Toyota, Erika D. Osborne, 16, of Dry Ridge driving a 2009 Pontiac, Alice Heeger-Hartman, 43, of Dry Ridge driving a 2009 Mazda and Justin G. Ginn, 23,of Dry Ridge driving a 2003 Dodge.

Sgt. Dennis Switzer investigated an accident at 10:33 a.m. Nov. 18 on Sherman Newton Road. The drivers involved were Jason L. Cummins, 30, of Crittenden driving a 2002 Dodge and John D. York, 70, of Crittenden driving a 2002 Ford.

Sheriff Chuck Dills charged Marty H. Allnutt, 47, of Williamtown with sexual abuse in the first degree at 11:30 p.m. Nov. 19. Allnutt was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

The sheriff’s office served 62 summons/subpoenas, spent 27 hours serving in court, served five emergency protective orders, executed eight warrants involving out-of-county residents, investigated one accident an involving out-of-county resident and traveled 460 miles transporting prisoners.

Kentucky State Police

Trooper Eric Barnett investigated an accident at 4:33 p.m. Nov. 17 on Mulligan Road. Mabel Doolin, 67, of Dry Ridge driving a 2009 Freightliner was struck by a vehicle that left the scene.

Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Mark Cason, 49, of Berry at 1:31 a.m. Nov. 18. Cason was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Kentucky State Police charged William Kevin Glover, 48, of Dry Ridge with driving under the influence, no seat belts, trafficking marijuana, burglary, wanton endangerment and terroristic threatening at 4:43 a.m. Nov. 18.

Trooper Chad Mills investigated an accident at 6:25 p.m. Nov. 18 on the Dry Ridge Bypass. The drivers involved were a 17-year-old juvenile, of Dry Ridge driving a 1997 Toyota and Ronald Beach, 74,of Crittenden driving a 2009 Chevrolet.

Kentucky State Police executed a warrant for Jory Wilson, 26, of Berry at 7:16 p.m. Nov. 18.

Trooper Joshua Whitton investigated an accident at 7:50 p.m. Nov. 21 on Dry Ridge Mount Zion. The driver involved was Carol Gordon, 60, of Dry Ridge driving a 2002 Infinity.

Trooper Chad Mills investigated an accident at 6:25 p.m. Nov. 22 on Blackburn Lane. The drivers involved were Sherry A. Nixon, 52 ,of Indianapolis, Ind. driving a 2000 Chevrolet and Anita Kinman, 51, of Dry Ridge driving a 2000 Mercedes

Williamstowm

Sgt. Robert Reed charged Billy B. Jump, 25, of Dry Ridge with criminal possession of forged instrument and tampering with physical evidence at 1:38 a.m. Nov. 18. Jump was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Sgt. Robert Reed executed a warrant for Billy B. Jump, 25, of Dry Ridge at 2:15 a.m. Nov. 18.

Officer Steve Cornman charged Amber Shepherd, 25, of Crittenden with no operator’s license and failure of owner to maintain required insurance at 4:13 a.m. Nov. 18.

Sgt. Robert Reed investigated an accident at 9:43 p.m. Nov. 18 on South Main Street. The driver involved was Mark E. Lilly, 30, of Corinth driving a 2005 Ford that struck a deer.

Officer David Osborne charged Michael E. Pinkston, 45, of Williamstown with speeding 23 mph over the limit at 4:19 p.m. Nov. 19.

Officer David Osborne investigated an accident at 6:23 p.m. Nov. 19 on Fairview Road. The driver involved was Jeremy M. Wainscott, 29, of Dry Ridge driving a 2000 Chevrolet that struck a tree.

Asst. Chief Chris Hankins investigated an accident at 10:38 p.m. Nov. 20 on Cordova Road. The drivers involved were Charles W. Sheets, 79, of Berry driving a 2003 Mitsubishi and Arthur Bishop, 76,of Berry driving a 2003 Ford.

Officer David Osborne charged Dustin Stumbo, 19, of Crittenden with no seat belt at 3:40 p.m. Nov. 20.

Officer David Osborne charged a 17-year old juvenile of Williamstown with speeding 23 mph over the limit at 4 p.m. Nov. 20.

Officer Ron Perkins charged Victoria L. Johnson, 56, of Dry Ridge with disregarding a traffic light at 6:06 p.m. Nov. 22.
