Dry Ridge

Chief Rick Kells charged Tonya A. Beach 32, of Williamstown, with theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500 at 11:30 a.m. Oct. 22 on Ferguson Boulevard. Beach was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

The Dry Ridge Police Department investigated an accident involving out of county residents.

Grant County

Deputy Lee Jacobs investigated an accident at 7:55 a.m. Oct. 8 on Arnie Risen Boulevard. The drivers involved were Theresa B. Allen, 49, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1995 International and Mandy E. Green, 32, of Falmouth, driving a 2004 Mercury.

Deputy Mike Wright investigated an accident at 4:58 p.m. Oct. 16 on Lebanon Road. The drivers involved were Dennis R. Stecht, 43, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1993 Chevrolet, Kathy S. Morrow, 59, of Crittenden, driving a 2005 Chevrolet and Carolann Nowlin, 25, of Greendale, Ind., driving a 2003 Chevrolet.

Deputy Mike Wright investigated an accident at 6:05 p.m. Oct. 17 on Sherman Newton Road. The driver involved was Carrie Whitton, 22, of Crittenden, driving a 2000 Saturn.

Deputy Brian Maines charged Greg Orr, 38, of Dry Ridge, with disorderly conduct at 2:30 a.m. Oct. 17 on McCoy Road. Orr was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Deputy Mike Wright executed a warrant, for failure to appear at court, for Zachary J. Brueckner, 19, of Jonesville, at 4:45 p.m. Oct. 17 on Barnes Road. Brueckner was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Deputy Bobby Webb investigated an accident at 7:51 a.m. Oct. 18 on Taft Highway. The driver involved was Joyce M. Anderson, 65, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2008 Chevrolet.

Deputy Scott Conrad charged Gilbert Gibson, 74, of Dry Ridge, with assault fourth degree at 2:56 p.m. Oct. 18 on Broadway. Gibson was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Deputy Kevin Burke executed a warrant, for theft by deception, for Kandi R. Huff, 27, of Dry Ridge, at 10:20 p.m. Oct. 18 on Taft Highway. Huff was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Deputy Kevin Burke executed a warrant, for failure to appear at court, for Richard Mullikin, 20, of Crittenden, at 1:39 a.m. Oct. 19 on S. Main Street, Williamstown. Mullikin was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Sheriff Chuck Dills charged Willard D. Flynn, Jr., 34, of Williamstown, with assault second degree, burglary first degree and criminal mischief third degree at 12:36 p.m. Oct. 19 on Main Street, Williamstown. Flynn was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Deputy Kevin Burke executed a warrant, for probation violation, for Stephanie McFarland, 25, of Williamstown, at 10:54 p.m. Oct. 20 on Reed Kinman Road. McFarland was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

The sheriff’s office served 91 summons/subpoenas, served 55 hours in court, served three emergency protective orders, investigated three accidents involving out of county residents, executed two arrests/warrants for out of county residents and drove 630 miles transporting prisoners.

Kentucky State Police

Kentucky State Police executed a warrant, for burglary third degree, theft by unlawful taking and felony probation violation, for Glen Abney, 29, of Dry Ridge, at 2:57 a.m. Oct. 17 on Chetalou Drive.

Kentucky State Police charged Sonja Russell, 41, of Crittenden, with failure to notify of address change at 4:10 a.m. Oct. 17 on N. Fork Drive.

Trooper Douglas Carter investigated an accident at 10:08 a.m. Oct. 17 on Baton Rouge Road. The driver involved was Arnold Burton, Jr., 47, of Crittenden, driving a 2007 Chevrolet.

Kentucky State Police charged Willard D. Flynn, 34, with assault at 1:38 p.m. Oct. 19 on N. Main Street. Flynn was lodged at the Grant County Detention Center.

Kentucky State Police charged Kelly L. Domaschko, 23, of Dry Ridge, with theft by unlawful taking less than $500/shoplifting and failure to notify of address change at 3:32 p.m. Oct. 19 on Ferguson Boulevard.

Trooper Jeremy Moore investigated an accident at 8:26 p.m. Oct. 20. The driver involved was Gregory Ramler, 47, of DeMossville, driving a 2006 Chevrolet.

Kentucky State Police charged Ricky Ford, 23, of Dry Ridge, with possession of marijuani, buying marijuani and possession of drug paraphernalia at 4:31 p.m. Oct. 21 on Fashion Ridge Road.

Trooper Jeremy Merrell investigated an accident at 4:15 p.m. Oct. 21 on Lexington Road. The drivers involved were Kevin Flick, 41, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2006 Jeep and Angela McClure, 43, of Dry Ridge, driving a 2005 General Motors Corporation.

Kentucky State Police charged Ryan Draper, 24, of Williamstown, with carrying a concealed deadly weapon at 4:32 p.m. Oct. 21 on Fashion Ridge Road.

Trooper Charles Haselwood investigated an accident at 3:05 p.m. Oct. 22 on Barnes Road. The drivers involved were Daniella Honaker, 19, of Jonesville, driving a 1997 Chevrolet and Harold Elliston, 75, of Williamstown driving a 1993 Dodge.

Trooper Charles Haselwood investigated an accident at 4:13 p.m. Oct. 22 on Owenton Road. The driver involved was Gerald Prince, 35, of Corinth, driving a 1993 Toyota.

Kentucky State Police charged Christopher A. Akins, 36, of DeMossville, with driving under the influence first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to produce insurance card at 6:04 a.m. Oct. 22 on KY 177.

Kentucky State Police charged Kerry B. Lemons, 21, of Dry Ridge, with speeding 8 mph over the limit, failure to/improper signal and driving under the influence first aggravated at 5:38 a.m. Oct. 23 on Spillman Drive.

Kentucky State Police executed a warrant, for assault fourth degree and criminal mischief third degree, for Jory Wilson, 27, of Berry, at 2:52 p.m. Oct. 23 on New Zion Road.

Williamstown

Officer Ron Perkins executed two warrants for failure to appear and a warrant for theft by unlawful taking, for Thomas H. Cleveland, 27, of Williamstown, at 3:23 p.m. Oct. 17 on Folsom Jonesville Road.

Officer David Osborne investigated an accident at 4:24 p.m. Oct. 22 on Southern Drive. The drivers involved were a juvenile, 16, of Dry Ridge, driving a 1999 Toyota and Ashlee E. Phipps, 24, of Williamstown, driving a 2008 Dodge.

Asst. Chief Chris Hankins investigated an accident at 3 p.m. Oct. 22 on Helton Street. The drivers involved were John W. Pinkston, 78, of Williamstown, driving a 1997 GMC and a parked 1996 Saturn owned by Christopher Lockhart of Williamstown.

Asst. Chief Chris Hankins investigated an accident at 8:31 a.m. Oct. 22 on Falmouth Street. The accident involved a parked 1992 Ford, owned by Rishia Taylor of Williamstown, that rolled into a house owned by Kerry Cook, of Williamstown.

The Williamstown Police Department investigated an accident involving an out of county resident.
