New concealed laws take effect July 12

If you own a home or a business, you won’t need a concealed weapons permit after July 12.

After the General Assembly passed House Bill 484 86 -5 and the Senate followed by a vote of 36-1, Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear signed the bill into law on April 11.
