Williamstown couple turns themselves in

A Grant County couple who were two of Kentucky State Police’s Most Wanted have been arrested on abuse charges.


Donald and Debbie McDaniel of Williamstown turned themselves in to the Grant County Detention Center on Feb. 12 and were lodged in jail.
Donald McDaniel, 66, faces six counts of sexual abuse and three counts of criminal abuse.
Debbie McDaniel, 55, has been charged with three counts of criminal abuse.

A Grant County grand jury indicted the couple Jan. 16 on the charges and law enforcement authorities had been looking for them on warrants for their arrest.
Fifteen other individuals remain on the the Kentucky State Police Post 6 (in Dry Ridge) Most Wanted List.

They include: Jesus Bustus, Robert Harlan Davis, Armando Agustin DeLeon, Gerardo DeLeon, Jose Luis Gamboa, Dionisio Santiago Gijon, Martin Guzman, George Hill Jr., Brian E. Martin, Octavio Salas Ojeda, Marcelo M. Paloma, Aquillion Patricio, Enrique Ruben Ramirez, Earl Ray Slone and Seth Wade.

Charges against these fugitives range from theft by failure to make required disposition and fraudulent use of a credit card to murder and kidnapping.

Two of the 15 fugitives’ last know whereabouts are listed as Grant County on the KSP Web site at www.kentuckystatepolice.org.
Those individuals are Robert Harlan Davis and Marcelo M. Paloma.
Davis has been on the Most Wanted List since June 22, 1994. He is wanted for escape from custody - fugitive from justice.
He is described as 5’10” and weighing 195 pounds.
Paloma is wanted for sexual abuse first degree. He has been on the Most Wanted List since April 2008.
He is described as 5’6”, weighing 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
