Easton McClanahan of Williamstown was among the 94 high school students from across Kentucky who participated in the 40th annual Kentucky Rural Electric Washington Youth Tour held June 10-17, 2011, in Washington, DC.  Selected on the basis of academic achievement, community involvement, and written essay,
