Lady Demons aim to shock district, upset powerhouse Simon Kenton

Rather than feel sorry for themselves after drawing top seeded Simon Kenton in the 32nd District Tournament Tuesday, Feb. 26, the Williamstown High School girls' basketball team is viewing the encounter as an opportunity to shock the district. In two meetings this season, Simon Kenton has defeated the Lady Demons 75-28 and 85-40.

"We controlled our own destiny in the district, and we blew it. We can't blame anyone but ourselves," coach Mark Wilhoit said.
