A pair of local athletes continue to make a name for themselves by ranking near the top in the most recent release of the Kentucky High School Athletic Association’s boys’ basketball stat leaders.
Williamstown senior guard David Jump, who scored a career-high 40 in a game this week, continues to rank among Kentucky’s top scorers with an average of 27.4 points per game. He trails East Jessamine’s Ronnie Carson by only .3 for second place and Augusta’s Brent Bach by 1.7 points for the lead.
