INDICTMENTS

The grand jury, which met July 11, returned indictments against 18 people.

An indictment means there is probable cause to believe a crime has been committed; guilt or innocence is established later through the trial process.

Those indicted were:

• Larry B. Cox, 24, three counts of trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense

• Crystal J. Flores, 35, two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense
