The grand jury, which met June 6, returned indictments against 11 people.
An indictment means there is probable cause to believe a crime has been committed; guilt or innocence is established later through the trial process.
Those indicted were:
• Larry D. Dyer, 58, trafficking a controlled substance in the first degree, trafficking a controlled substance in the third degree first offense, failure to or improper signal, operating a motor vehicle while license suspended and careless driving.
