INDICTMENTS

The grand jury, which met Dec. 7, returned indictments against 9 people.
An indictment means there is probable cause to believe a crime has been committed; guilt or innocence is established later through the trial process.
Those indicted were:
• Mark R. Mallery, 49, possession of a controlled substance first degree and possesion of drug paraphernalia.
• Kimberly E. Huesman, 41, burglary in the second degree and theft by unlawful deception. Huesman was also indicted for being a persistent felony offender.
• Lisa L. Stull, 51, criminal possession of a forged instrument in the first degree
• Charlie M. Clemons, 48, possession of a controlled substance in the first degree and unlawful possession of a methamphetamine Precursor first offense.
• Aunnean B. Dawley, 42, flagrant nonsupport and possession of a controlled substance.
• Zachary W. Rice, 26, possession of a controlled substance in the first degree and possession of marijuana.
• James T. Wallace, 24, theft by unlawful taking.
• Todd E. Waldeck, 36, criminal possession of a forged instrument. Waldeck was also charged with being a persistent felon.
• Ricky  Gemmer, 18, burglary in the third degree and receiving stolen property.
