Indictments 3-18-10

The grand jury, which met March 10, returned indictments against 28 people.

An indictment means there is probable cause to believe a crime has been committed; guilt or innocence is established later through the trial procedure.

Those indicted were:

• Robert W. Hamilton, 27, manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense, possession of a controlled substance, first degree, first offense and trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree.
