INDICTMENTS

The grand jury, which met Feb. 9, returned indictments against 11 people.
An indictment means there is probable cause to believe a crime has been committed; guilt or innocence is established later through the trial procedure.
Those indicted were:
• Robert M. Perry, 30, manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense, possession of a controlled substance first degree, first offense, trafficking in a controlled substance first degree, first offense, trafficking in a controlled substance second degree first offense, unlawful possession of a methamphetamine precursor, first offense and 11 counts of unlawful distribution of a methamphetamine precursor, first offense.
• Jerry A. Breeden, 28, manufacutring methamphetamine, first offense, possession of a controlled substance first degree, first offense, 11 counts of unlawful possession of a methamphetamine precursor, first offense and persistent felony offender first degree.
• Adam W. Parks, 26, trafficking in a controlled substance first degree, first offense, trafficking in a controlled substance second degree, first offense and unlawful distribution of a methamphetamine precursor, first offense.
• Doena K Griffin, 42, possession of a controlled substance first degree, first offense and six counts of unlawful distribution of a methamphetamine precursor, first offense and possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense.
• Christopher M. Webster, 27, manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense, trafficking in a controlled substance first degree, first offense, possession of a controlled substance second degree, second or subsequent offense, possession of a controlled substance third degree, second or subsequent offense, seven counts of unlawful distribution of a methamphetamine precursor, first offense, possession of durg paraphernalia, first offense and persistent felony offender first degree.
• Robert W. Webster, Jr., 30, manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense, trafficking in a controlled substance first degree, first offense, possession of a controlled substance second degree, second or subsequent offense, possession of a controlled substance third degree, second or subsequent offense, nine counts of unlawful distribution of a methamphetamine precursor, first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense and persistent felony offender first degree.
• Dewitt S. Campbell, 49, receiving stolen property valued more than $10,000 and persistent felony offender second degree.
• Gary L. Brown, 54, possession of a controlled substance first degree, second or subsequent offense and operation a motor vehicle under the influence, first offense within a five year period, aggravator.
• Michael C. Benz, 37, theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property valued more than $10,000.
• Lance Taylor Ashcraft, 40, flagrant nonsupport.
• George E. Dawley, 34, flagrant nonsupport.
