INDICTMENTS

The grand jury, which met Oct. 10, returned indictments against 14 people.
An indictment means there is probable cause to believe a crime has been committed; guilt or innocence is established later through the trial process.
Those indicted were:
• Bradley J. Plunkett, 23, bail jumping in the first degree
• Heather M. Treadway, 25, two counts of burglary in the second degree and two counts of theft by unlawful taking with a value of $500 or more.
• Delena P. Woods, 25, two counts of burglary in the second degree and two counts of theft by unlawful taking with a value of $500 or more.
• Joshua W. Franks, 25, burglary in the first degree and assault in the second degree
• Amberly D. Phelps, 29, four counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument.
• Gregory A. Link, 40, burglary in the second degree and theft by unlawful taking with a value of $500 or more.
• John J. Scudder, 31, theft by unlawful taking with a value of $500 or more.
• Coedy R. Trimble, 23, manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense, possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense and possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense.
• Samantha R. Jordan, 23, manufacturing methamphetamine in the first offense, possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense and possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense.
• Terry L. Webster, Jr., 35, burglary in the third degree, theft by unlawful taking with a value of $500 or more and being a persistent felony offender.
• Clifford T. Webster, 32, burglary in the third degree, theft by unlawful taking with a value of $500 or more and being a persistent felony offender.
• Kendale Courtney, 19, burglary in the third degree and theft by unlawful taking with a value of $500 or more .
• Amanda K. Hall, 28, possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Pamela M. Ritter, 40, knowingly exploiting an adult over $300.
