INDICTMENTS

The grand jury, which met Jan. 12, returned indictments against 30 people.
An indictment means there is probable cause to believe a crime has been committed; guilt or innocence is established later through the trial procedure.
Indictments were returned against six inmates at the Grant County Detention Center. They are charged with promoting contraband. See accompanying story.

Gregory K. Orr, 39, manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense, possession of a controlled substance first degree, second or subsequent offense, controlled substance endangerment to a child fourth degree and eight counts of unlawful possession of a methamphetamine precursor, first offense.
• Ryan J. Draper, 25, manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense, possession of a controlled substance first degree, first offense, unlawful distribution of a methamphetamine precursor, first offense and two counts of unlawful possession of a methamphetamine precursor, first offense.
Kristine M. Sanderfer, 38, two counts of unlawful distribution of a methamphetamine precursor, first offense.
Valerie B. Dixon, 29, controlled substance endangerment to a child fourth degree and three counts of unlawful distribution of a methamphetamine precursor, first offense.
David Michael Morris, 48, manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense, possession of a controlled substance first degree, first offense, controlled substance endangerment to a child fourth degree and 18 counts of unlawful possession of a methamphetamine precursor, first offense.
Kyle D. Morris, 21, manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense, controlled substance endangerment to a child fourth degree.
Jennifer A. Crouch, 23, manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense, possession of a controlled substance first degree and 16 counts of unlawful distribution of methamphetamine precursor, first offense.
J.B. Brad Morris, 32, manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense, possession of a controlled substance first degree, second or subsequent offense, unlawful possession of a methamphetamine precursor, first offense, 19 counts of unlawful distribution of a methaphetamine precursor, first offense and persistent felony offender first degree.
Katasha K. Jervis, 26, unlawful distribution of a methamphetamine precursor, first offense, controlled substance endangerment to a child fourth degree and persistent felony offender second degree.
James A. Eapmon, 24, trafficking in a controlled substance first degree, first offense and persistent felony offender second degree.
Michael S. Turley, 18, burglary third degree and theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property valued $500 or more.
Michael J. Rabe, 26, burglary third degree and persistent felony offender second degree.
Jimmy M. Green, 30, burglary third degree and persistent felony offender second degree.
Roger E. McCane, 30, burglary third degree, theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property valued more than $10,000 and persistent felony offender second degree.
Jason S. Johnson, 31, burglary third degree and theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property valued more than $10,000.
Jonathan Thurman, 31, theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property valued more than $500 and criminal mischief first degree.
Aaron T. Cameron, 21, receiving stolen property valued $10,000 or more.
Curtis S. Morrison, 19, arson second degree and burglary thrid degree.
Cecil R. Rose, II, 20, arson second degree and burglary third degree.
Dawn Marie Roe, 29, possession of a controlled substance first degree, second or subsequent offense and persistent felony offender second degree.
