Two Grant County men were arrested on drugs charges Saturday Nov. 15, in Dearborn County, Ind.
Kenneth R. Ruby, 31, of Dry Ridge, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, a Class D felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor.
Jonah G. Kinmon, 38, of Crittenden, also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
The arrests were made by Indiana State Police after Trooper Cameron McCreary stopped a yellow 2003 Nissan for speeding on S.R. 1 near Green Road just before 11 p.m. in Dearborn County.
