-A A +A
By Jamie Baker-Nantz

A Corinth man tasted freedom for just 24 hours before he was arrested and returned to the Grant County Detention Center.
Kenneth Forrester walked away from the Grant County Animal Shelter around 1 p.m. on Nov. 4.
According to Jailer Terry Peeples, Forrester had been working at the shelter for about nine months as part of the Class D program. Shelter staff noticed he wasn’t at his work assignment and they alerted the detention center.
