What motivated you to live a healthier lifestyle? I wanted to feel better.
How have you changed your lifestyle in order to be healthier? I work out five days a week, take vitamins and eat healthy.
What are your favorite fitness activities? I love trying to do harder core work outs and just things that are really hard.
What suggestions do you have for someone who wants to be healthier-how can they best get started? Change their diet, eating healthy is the biggest thing that will change how you feel.
How do you stay motivated? I try to think long-term. Delayed gratification is healthier.
What is your favorite food? Cheese burgers, but I can’t eat them anymore.
How do you reward yourself? Being healthy and seeing improvements are my reward.
Tell one thing about yourself that might surprise your friends and family if they knew? I don’t keep much from my friends and family but I don’t think people expected me to stick with it the way that I have. But everyone has been amazed and supportive of what I have done.
