Grant Braves end season, fall to North Laurel

-A A +A

By Wade Holland

To most high school football programs, a 35-point loss in November would not be worth taking about. But for the Grant County Braves, it’s progress.
Grant County turned in one of its better performances of the season in a 35-0 defeat to visiting North Laurel on Nov. 1, putting an end to the Braves’ season.
The 35-point difference is as close as the Braves have come since back in September when they came within 21 points of a win in back-to-back games.
