Grant board approves 2009-2010 calendar

On March 12, the Grant County Board of Education approved next year’s school calendar.

School will begin on Aug. 12 and tentatively end on May 18.

Something new to this year’s calendar is that the students will have six early release days which the students will get out at 12:30 p.m. and the teachers will have mandatory professional development days where they will get out at 3:30 p.m.
