Justice and Public Safety Cabinet Secretary J. Michael Brown (right) and KSP Commissioner Rodney Brewer presented Debbie Ward the Governor’s Medal of Valor on behalf of her brother-in-law, the late Kentucky State Police Trooper Joe Ward.
