GCHS softball has several new faces this season

Two constants have departed from the Grant County High School varsity softball team as both Ott Reed and Chelsea Roy have moved on.

Reed resigned his position as head coach last season and Roy is now pitching at Northern Kentucky University. As a result, the Lady Braves will open official practice Friday with Marlin Gregg at the helm and a younger squad that looks to build on last season's 23-16 record.
