GCHS Braves lose against New Richmond

-A A +A

The evening was set for a great football game. The air was nice and mild, the stands were filled,  both bands were playing, cheerleaders were chanting, and the dance team was doing what they do best.
But it was not meant to be for the Grant County Braves.  Suffering a 48-13 loss at home on Sept. 6, they were hard pressed to keep an upbeat attitude.
The Braves faced the New Richmond Lions from Ohio, a team they had never played before. However, they soon found out what kind of players they were up against.
