EMS negotiations to continue as deadline passes

Dry Ridge Mayor Jim Wells left the EMS cost-sharing ball in the other local leaders’ courts to begin official negotiations. After several weeks of turbulent discussions leading up to a Dec. 7 commitment deadline, Wells said everyone could agree on one fact that pushed the issue forward to the negotiation stage.
