A session of the OFF Program, a weight loss plan for women sponsored by the Northern Kentucky Health Department, begins on Wednesday, Sept. 8.

OFF, which stands for Outsmarting Female Fat, is specially designed for women who want to lose weight by making long-term lifestyle changes. The program is led by registered dietitians from the Health Department and deals with all aspects of weight control, healthy eating and exercise.

OFF will be held from 4 to 5:30 p.m. on Wednesdays, from Sept. 8 through Nov. 10, at the Grant County Health Center, 234 Barnes Road, Williamstown. Cost of the program is only $20 to help cover the costs of materials that participants will receive. The fee will be collected at the first session.
