• Sept. 15 - “Old Fashion Day” dinner on grounds. The church will start a food drive.
• Oct. 20  - Oct. 23 - Fall revival with Rodney Haggett being the evangelist. He is Pastor Rick’s brother. Also, Bro. Larry Wagner will be leading the music each service. He is the minister of music at Sherman Baptist Church.

• Sept. 8 - Back to School/End of Summer Pool Party for elementary students K-fifth grade, from 12:30 to 3 p.m. at Jason and Tiffany Gabbert’s house.

• Sept. 14 - First games for the Fall Upwards Flag Football/Cheerleading league at 10:30 a.m. 
• Sept. 15 - Jr. High will begin Bible study at Rick and Sabrina Rouse’s house.  The plan is to meet at 6:30 p.m. at the church and Eric will be taking the students to Rick and Sabrina’s on the church van. Everyone will return to church by 8 p.m. to go home.
• Sept. 17 - Ladies Night Out.  The Ladies will be meeting at 7 p.m. at the Buca di Beppo Italian restaurant in Florence. For more details, contact Gina Lowe.  
• Sept. 18 - Elementary students will begin working on a Christmas musical led by Kacie Peer and Tiffany Gabbert. Have students at the church by 7 p.m. All other youth and adult activities and studies will begin.
