July 7;

Ed Clemons, new home, 2416 Greenville Road, 1,733 sq. feet, estimated cost $239,000; permit fee $497.99

Kym McClean, deck, 1555 Dry Ridge-Mount Zion Road, 448 sq. feet, estimated cost $2,000; permit fee $48.58
