As if fighting through rain and snow wasn’t admirable enough for mail carriers, on May 14 they will go above and beyond for the community.
The U.S. Post Offices in Grant County will hold their annual Stamp Out Hunger food drive for Helping Hands.
Anyone within the county postal area can place a non-perishable food item in their mailbox and the local carrier will pick it up and deliver it to Helping Hands.
Residents can also drop off items at any local post office.
