Do you remember the worship chorus from the 1975 called O, How he Loves You and Me? I sang this song as a young man sitting in church. There is a line in this chorus that goes “He gave His life, what more could he give?”

The laying down of one’s life is one of the ultimate acts of love a person can make. But Jesus was more than just a person and he actually demonstrated his love in a much stronger way that we do not even realize.
