  • LEGAL NOTICE EMERGENCY FOOD & Shelter Program (EFSP) Grant Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) funds for Phase 32 are available for the purpose of supplementing emergency food and shelter programs in Grant County, KY. The local Emergency Food & Shelter Board, coordinated through United Way of Greater Cincinnati, will make all funding decisions. Under the terms of the grant, local government or private non-profit organizations wishing to receive funds must: be non-profit, have an accounting system and conduct an annual audit, practice non-discrimination, have demonstrated the capability to deliver emergency food and/or shelter services, and have a voluntary board. Agencies interested in applying for funds should call (513) 762-7222 or email brittney.cousins@uwgc.org for questions or to request an application. The deadline for submitting applications is 5 PM Wednesday, July 1, 2015.
